Our Parcels

We dispatch every order within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Parcels are prepared in France using neutral, odourless packaging. Delivery discretion is maintained for enhanced security. Depending on your preferences, we deliver your products with or without packaging: flowers and resins are available loose for specialist shops and packaged for tobacconists and other shops that require it.

If you opt for pre-packaged products, you have nothing to do other than put them on the shelves. The flowers and resins are packaged in quantities shown on each product sheet: 2g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g, etc. Products such as oils, e-liquids, pre-rolls, infusions (etc.) are sold in their retail packaging, according to the desired quantity chosen.

On our website, at any time, you have access to the results of the analyses carried out by LEAF, an independent French laboratory. Every product and every batch of flowers is tested to ensure compliance with current French and European standards regarding THC levels.

Our returns policy

Grossiste2CBD, a specialist in wholesale CBD purchasing, is deeply committed to customer satisfaction. In the meantime, please note that our returns policy is based on two very specific situations.

I have not received my order

If you still have not received your order three weeks after the parcel has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. You simply need to contact us via our contact page or by phone so that we can intervene.

Important point:  If the tracking number shows that delivery has been made, we will not issue a refund and your claim must be made with the carrier.

You have changed your mind

If you change your mind, you have a period of 15 days from receipt of the parcel to make a return and receive your refund. You simply need to inform us via our contact page or by telephone.

Attention: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Furthermore, Le Grossiste2CBD undertakes to refund only those items whose package has not been opened.
